“My approach to medicine centers on building personal and lasting relationships with patients. I want each patient to feel cared for on an individual level, as if I were helping my family member or friend. I realize that an approach may be correct for one person but not another, and we will work together to figure out the best solution. My goal during every visit is that the patient leaves feeling empowered, knowing that they have been heard, have been educated, and feel confident in their treatment going forward.”
“I love working in orthopedics because we are so often able to improve or fix a patient’s condition. This is often done through conservative/minimally invasive techniques, or if needed, surgical treatment. It is very rewarding to see people improve and get back to living a fulfilling life. As a physician assistant, I get the opportunity to meet and spend plenty of time with patients, perform procedures such as injections, and learn hands-on while assisting in the operating room. I keep up to date on the newest technologies and orthopedic principles to make sure my patients are receiving the latest and greatest advances in the world of medicine.”
“In my spare time, I enjoy adventures with my wife, my daughter, and my Bernedoodle. I keep active with soccer, golfing, and running/biking, and I love watching all sports, especially the Packers and Badgers.”
